Risk & Payments Agent

Due to company expansion we are looking to grow the Risk & Payments team. NRR Entertainment is looking for the right individuals to cover the elements of fraud identification, payouts, KYC & related due diligence processes to support our ambitious growth plans. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in an analytical and dynamic role.

The position will involve working closely with other departments within the business, namely Customer Services & Finance, to ensure a safe yet fun environment for our players. The right candidate will be a team player, who has a keen eye for detail, is comfortable multi-tasking and is keen to build and develop their careers within the Risk & Payments realm.

What you do?

  • You process customer withdrawals
    You ensure players on all our Casino brands are paid out in a timely manner. You carry out all pre-withdrawal checks in full for each and every withdrawal whilst ensuring that payouts are completed within tight timescales.
  • You live and breathe the Know Your Customer ethos
    You act as the Casino gatekeepers as you verify and check all players who come in through the doors. You carry out all KYC checks and communicate directly with players regarding their KYC status or any other KYC-related queries that may arise.
  • You analyse data
    You and raw data go hand in hand. You analyse all types of data for different tasks within your role and draw conclusion based on the information extracted. You make key decisions based on the conclusions drawn from your information.
  • You keep the Casino a safe playing environment
    You will be responsible for separating the wheat from the chaff. You keep out the bad guys by utilizing a combination of anti-fraud measures. You keep an anti-fraud hat on in each and every task you do within your role as you know that fraud can be uncovered in different areas.

What you know?

  • You understand the principles of fraud prevention
    You are no stranger to the anti-fraud domain. You understand that important of risk mitigating measures and are keen to improve on existing strategies to combat fraud.
  • You know that communication is key
    You are able to communicate, with both internally and externally customers, through a high level of business-English. You understand that you will be dealing with delicate cases that require a certain level of linguistic knowledge to enable you to diffuse and resolve situations with tact & diplomacy.
  • You know data
    You command strong excel and data mining skills. You are capable in presenting robust fraud cases to internal and external clients.
  • You are an expert on the MS Office package
    You are an Excel wizard and a dab hand on Powerpoint. Word is your bread and butter and would have no issues learning other software packages.

    You understand that not all tasks can be closed by the end of your shift and that some will need days or weeks of following-up. You enjoy taking ownership of your work and seeing them out to point of completion.
